Civil Services Examination:  Civil service examination are the national wide competitive exams conducted by UPSC to recruit Graduate candidates in various services of Government of India like IAS (Indian Administrative Service), IFS (Indian Foreign Service), IPS (Indian Police Service) etc.

Indian Economic Service Examination: IES  exam is an administrative civil service examination especially for those candidates who have completed graduation with Economics/Statistics. These candidates have awarded Grade A position from Central Civil Services of the executive branch of the Government of India.

Indian Statistical Service Examination: ISS examination is also for those candidates who have completed graduation in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics. These candidates are recruited as Grade IV officers of the services of Indian Statistic.

Combined Engineering Services Examination (CES): This exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission of India to recruit Engineers from four categories i.e Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic & Telecommunication Engineering. The selected candidates from this exam are recruited in various Government organizations like Indian Railways, Survey of India, Indian Ordnance Factories Service ( Engineering Branch ), Military Engineer Services, Central Engineering Service, Indian Telecommunication Service, Central Power Engineering Service etc.

AFCAT: This is an Airforce Common Admission Test. This exam is generally held two times in a year to recruit candidates in Air Force.  Through AFCAT Short Service Commission in Flying Branch and Permanent/ Short Service Commission in Technical and Ground Duty Branches is granted by Air Force.

UPSC CDS: Combined Defence Services Examination is another defense exam conducted all over India by Union Public Service Commission. The exam is also held twice a year to recruit candidates in IMA (Indian Military Academy),  OTA (Officers Training Academy),  INA (Indian Naval Academy) and Indian  IAF (Air Force Academy.

Combined Medical Services Examination: UPSC is the main responsible authority in conducting this exam. This is a computer-based combined medical examination.  Generally held to recruit candidates to various posts like Assistant Medical Officer in railways, Indian Ordnance Factories Health Service etc In order to apply this exam candidate should have passed the written and practical exam of M.B.B.S.

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering: GATE is one of the reputed and jointly conducted exam conducted by  Indian Institute of Science and seven Indian Institutes of Technology for the admission of PG in Engineering. Gate scores are taken into consideration by various PSUs  (Public Sector undertaken organizations ).

SSC Combined Graduate Level Exams: SSC CGL Exam is generally conducted to recruit candidates in various assistant level services like  Sub-inspector, Tax assistants, Auditor offices, Accountant, and other assistant positions. Candidates completed graduation with Economics / Statistics/ Mathematics as a compulsory subject are eligible for this exam.

Railway jobs test:  Railway job test exam is conducted by railway to recruit ticket examiner, clerk, non-technical posts, along with Group C and Group D posts too.

Geologists Exam: Geologists exam is Conducted by UPSC mainly in two categories. Category one is generally for Assistant Geologist Junior Geologist, & Group B Posts. Category two is for Assistant & junior Hydrogeologist & Group B post. The selected candidates work with Indian Geology survey Department and Central Groundwater Board.

CTET: Central Teacher Eligibility Test is a teacher eligibility test conducted by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) for aspirants who aspire to join Central Government Schools as a Teacher. CTET is conducted every year. The other States who do not conduct Teachers eligibility test consider CTET marks to recruit teachers in their states.

Bank exams after Graduation

SBI PO Exams: State Bank of India is the only independent authority who conducts their own recruitment exam for Probationary officers (PO) post. Graduates from any stream can appear this exam.

IBPS PO/Management Trainee Exams:  Institute of Bank Personnel Selection (IBPS) is the responsible authority for conducting IBPS PO CWE exam. It’s a national level Bank PO exam to recruit PO and MT in various public sector banks.

IBPS Clerk Exams: This clerk exam is generally conducted to hire clerks in public as well as private sector banks, except SBI conducts its own independent exam.

National Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development: NABARD conducts exam to recruit various graduates for the post of Development Officers and others officers in the bank.

RBI Grade A and Grade B Exams:  Reserve Bank of India Conducts Exam to recruit  Graduates for various group A & B posts.

ICICI PO Exams: ICICI Bank PO  is a national Level exam conducted generally for the appointment of Probationary Officer. Selected candidate has to undergo one year training period after selection.
