The official notification read that results for the exam held on November 10 will be declared tentatively within a week and that did happen. The organisation uploaded the result Today on their official site.

From the list, it looks like 2400 candidates have been shortlisted to appear for mains exam. The exam dates for mains exam has not been notified yet. The mains exam date and prelims marks both will be out within a day or two.
The recruitment process was notified on August 30 for 85 vacancies for the posts of Development Assistant in NABARD; an all India Apex Organisation, wholly owned by Government of India / Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The selection process of candidates consists of qualifying preliminary test and then mains examination. Those will qualify prelims based on the cut-off set by NABARD will be eligible to appear for mains exam, who then will be selected on the basis of their marks in mains exam. There are interviews for posts of this cadre.
